MQ2106 is an inline water-based varnish with the advantages of good wettability, good abrasion resistance and fast drying. It has good printing ink affinity and excellent comprehensive performance. It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and easy to clean. It is suitable for in-line varnishing, offset printing machine in-line varnishing, and specially designed for medicine package.

Directions for use
1. Make sure to test small batch before mass production.
2. use the original solution for on-line varnishing, if the viscosity of the varnish is too high during the process of use, the appropriate amount of thinner should be added to adjust to the proper viscosity.
3. The equipment can be cleaned with water, and the dried varnish can be removed with isopropyl alcohol or alcohol.
4. this product is alkali soluble varnish, in the carton veneer (laminating), please try to choose neutral or weak alkali (PH ≤ 10) adhesive, in the use of starch glue, caustic soda glue (yellow glue), please strictly control the amount of glue to avoid excessive penetration of glue over the surface of the varnish to avoid dissolving the varnish and cause sticking to the paper.
5. The sealed original package can be stored in the environment of 5℃ ~ 30 ℃, avoid frost, heat, and direct sunlight; the maximum storage period of 12 months, should be used up as soon as possible after opening the barrel.
