Description
MQ304 water-based blister varnish is high gloss, solvent-free, non-toxic, non-harmful and has excellent adhesion with various substrates. It can be used for food, medicine, toys, tools and other packaging. The outstanding advantages of the water-based blister varnish are excellent anti-adhesion, high gloss, and excellent adhesion at low coating volume. Under appropriate storage conditions, it is coated with this product has a permanent heat sealing performance, unlike most of the propionate ester coatings will grow with time and gradually lose heat lamination performance.
Application
Mainly for the process of sandwiching PET or PVC in the middle of a paper-to-paper card.
 

1. Test is necessary before mass product.
2. Paper should be dry and clean before varnish. Printing ink should be anti-solvent, anti-alkali, anti-alcohol.
3. Side lay after varnish. Sticking plastic should be completed within 15 days after varnish.
4. Shelf life is 6 months, keep it in cool, dry, ventilated condition, far from fire.
