| MQ305AB water-based blister varnish is high gloss, non-toxic, non-hazardous and has excellent adhesion with various substrates, can replace solvent-based blister varnish and solvent-based strong absorbent oil. It has excellent anti-adhesive property and excellent adhesion under low coating volume. It is used for high-frequency hot press blistering of all kinds of paper and PET, PVC film after varnishing. It has excellent performance in high-frequency hot-press blistering (bonding) of various paper properties. In the appropriate storage conditions, its coated with this product has permanent heat sealing properties. |

Caution:
◎ Use without dilution as much as possible, otherwise it will affect the effect of blistering.
◎ The amount of coating varies depending on the paper, 4-6g/m² is recommended.
◎ Sealed original packaging can be stored at 5 ° ~ 30 ° environment, try to avoid frost, heat, and direct sunlight.
◎ The minimum storage period is 12 months and should be used up as soon as possible after opening the drum.
◎ The temperature of water-based blister varnish baking channel is about 80°, blister temperature is about 100°, blister time is 5-8 seconds, PVC bubble box can reduce the temperature. The paper can be stacked 50CM after coating and drying, and try to finish blistering within 3 months.
◎ Blistering process is the last process in the printing process, because there are more variables in the printing process, such as paper changes, blister changes, baking temperature, transportation conditions and final blistering temperature changes, etc. It is recommended that different batches make small samples first, then mass production, otherwise our company will not assume any responsibility.
